About Using Credit Cards at Laundromania

There is an initial 50 cent charge for your first card.  You only need one card.  Add value to this card, and you will earn back the 50 cents very fast.

Benefits of easy card:

• One card, instead of pockets full of quarters.
• Time of day pricing. Easy card automatically discounts all front load washing machines by 20% on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from midnight till noon.
• Every time you spend $20.00, the system will automatically add a $1.00 bonus to your account. Try to use the same card, since the system keeps track and awards the bonus when the $20.00 is reached.
• The easy card system allows for one cent price increments, instead of 25 cent increments at most laundries. You will note the base prices are less here.
• Easy card benefits are greatest if you keep your card and don't lose it.

How do I get a refund for a machine malfunction?
Please fill out a refund slip (located near the easy card dispenser) Be sure to include the machine number, your easy card number (located on the back of the card), and the nature of the problem. We will credit your account. Please allow a few weeks - it will be credited. Sometimes it is necessary to contact you to better understand what the problem was, so a phone number or email is very helpful. We will never spam you. We will only contact you to resolve your issue.

How do I check my balance?
Check your balance at the easy card dispenser. Insert your easy card and your balance wiill be displayed.

How does the bonus work?
The bonus is kept on the card as a separate balance. When checking your balance, the display will give you balance, and a separate bonus balance if you have one. The next time you use the card the bonus will be deducted first, with only the remaining amount deducted from your card balance. Please verify this by rechecking your balance at the easy card dispenser. You will see after the first use the bonus is gone, and only the difference is subtracted from your main balance.

How can I combine the balances of two cards? (I forgot my card at home and had to buy another.)

For this to work the combined balances of both cards must equal enough to start a machine.

Combining 2 cards' balances:

1. Have both of your easy cards handy.
2. Insert the lowest balance card. The display will read "low funds". Insert the second card within 10 seconds.
3. The machine will automatically zero out the first card, and deduct the required remainder from the second card.

Why do prices end in odd numbers?(I can’t use the last few pennies.)
This is done on purpose to promote the use of one card. Adding value to the initial card builds bonuses and saves you money. Also, please note the pricing at the easy card Laundromania is priced at a discount when compared to other laundries with similar equipment. ($1.89 is better than 2.00.)
